| Hinton 5 a side Competition
I'm writing to confirm the basic arrangements for the 5 a side tournament. The tournament date is: Sunday 12th July 2008 @ 11 am The tournament venue is: Coldfall Primary School, Coldfall Avenue, Muswell Hill, London N10 1HS. We will be distributing the format and rules of the tournament shortly but in the meantime all you need to know is that the entry fee is £50 per team and you can register a maximum of 7 players for each team. Full payment must be received before Friday 3rd July. If for any reason the tournament is cancelled your payment will be fully refunded. Payments can be made by direct bank transfer into Hinton FC's bank account or you can send payment by cheque. Hinton's bank account details are as follows; Account Name: Hinton FC Bank: Nat West Enfield Branch Account No: 49609955 Sort Code: 60 07 38 When making payment by bank transfer please use a unique reference i.e. the name of the team or teams you are entering and send me an e mail confirming the payment has been made and the name of your team or teams. If you prefer to pay by cheque, cheques should be made payable to 'Hinton Football Club' and sent to me at 7, Padstow Road, Enfield, Middlesex EN2 8BU. It would be helpful if you would also send an e mail confirming you have sent payment. Further details of the tournament will follow shortly, but please make payment as early as possible to secure your place in the tournament. Places are limited and we expect a lot of interest. and if, as we anticipate, the tournament is oversubscribed teams who made payment first will receive priority of admission to the tournament.
